R590-167-9. Restrictive Riders

(1) A restrictive rider, endorsement, or other provision that violates Section 31A-30-107.5 may not remain in force. (2) A covered carrier shall immediately provide written notice to any individual or small employer whose coverage will be changed pursuant to this section.
