R590-192-5. Disclosure of Policy Provisions

(1) An insurer or an authorized agent shall disclose to a claimant any benefit, limitation, or exclusion of a policy that relates to a diagnosis or service of a particular claim presented. (2) An insurer or an authorized agent shall disclose to a claimant any provision of a policy that relates to an inquiry regarding coverage.
