(1) The purpose of this rule is to recognize, permit, and prescribe the use of the 2001 Commissioners Standard Ordinary (CSO) Mortality Table in accordance with Sections 31A-17-504 and 31A-22-408, and Section R590-198-4. (2) This rule applies to a life insurance policy.
