R590-284-2. Purpose and Scope

(1) The purpose of this rule is to set forth the filing procedure and the content requirements for the CGAD required by Title 31A, Chapter 16b, Corporate Governance Annual Disclosure Act. (2) This rule applies to an insurer or an insurance group domiciled in Utah.
