R590-91-11. Rating Procedures for Direct Business Only

(1) An insurer may file for approval and use a rate that is higher than a prima facie rate if the higher rate is expected to produce a minimum loss ratio that Section 31A-22-807 requires. (2) An insurer may use a rate that is lower than the insurer's filed rate without notifying the commissioner.
