R592-18-2. Purpose and Scope

(1) The purpose of this rule is to clarify and implement the statutory prohibition contained in Subsection 31A-23a-406(2)(h). (2) This rule applies to: (a) an individual title insurance producer; (b) an agency title insurance producer; and (c) any officer or employee of an agency title insurance producer.
