R156-60e-502.4. Unprofessional Conduct Specific To Clinical Mental Health Counselor Licensed Professionals

Under Subsection 58-60-110(2), "unprofessional conduct" includes: (1) failing to abide by the American Mental Health Counselors Association's AMHCA Code of Ethics, Revised 2020, which is incorporated by reference; or (2) engaging in the supervised practice of clinical mental health therapy as a licensed ACMHC or ACMHC-Extern if the licensed individual: (a) has not completed a clinical practicum while obtaining a master's degree accredited by CHEA or the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP); or (b) is not in compliance with Subsection 58-60-110(1)(b) and Sections R156-60e-307.1 and R156-60e-309.1.
