R623-10-3. Definitions

In addition to the terms defined in Section 20A-1-102, the following definitions apply to this rule: (1) "NCOA" means the National Change of Address data set maintained by the United States Postal Service. (2) "Registration form" means a form described in Section 20A-2-104 or 20A-2-206 that is submitted to an election official for registering to vote. (3) "Registration system" means the voter registration database described in Subsection 20A-2-502(1)(a). (4) "Voter verification utility" means the functionality within the registration system that verifies the information of the voter in the registration system with information from the Driver License Division.
