R623-8-3. Definitions

In addition to the terms defined in Section 20A-1-102, the following definitions apply to this rule: (1) "Active ballot" means a ballot that is being processed for a current election. (2) "Chain of custody" means the sequence of custody, control, and transfer of materials.
