R628-2-2. Scope of Rule

This rule relates to all funds of public education foundations established under Section 53E-3-403 and any funds held by a public treasurer which were acquired by gift, devise, or bequest and which are permitted by statute to be invested according to rules adopted by the Money Management Council.
