R645-105-300. Examination

310. Candidates for blaster certification will meet the following qualifications: 311. Have one year practical field experience involving blasting prior to taking the examination; 312. Take an approved blaster training course as required by R645-105-210; 313. Pass the written examination; and 314. Be twenty-one years of age or older. 320. Examination will be administered by the Division or its designee and will include, at a minimum, the topics set forth in R645-105-240 and R645-105-250.
