R64-5-5. Application Procedures

(1) The department shall accept applications for the duration of the temporary water shortage emergency declared by the governor's executive order. (2) An eligible interrupted user may apply on a form provided by the department. (3) Applications shall include the information required by Subsection 73-3d-402(5)(b) and any additional documentation the department determines necessary to evaluate loan amount and repayment capacity. (4) The ARDL Program Manager shall present their recommendation to the commission for final approval. (5) The commission shall award contracts in the order it receives the completed applications.
