R652-121-700. Recovery of Wildfire Costs

(1) If an eligible entity pursues wildfire suppression cost recovery pursuant to Sections 65A-3-3 and R652-122-200, all costs recovered beyond those costs incurred by the eligible entity shall be deposited in the Utah Wildfire Fund. (2) Suppression costs billed to an eligible entity that does not participate in a cooperative agreement shall be deposited in the Utah Wildfire Fund.
