R652-126-1000. Appeal of Fee Amount

A property owner may appeal to the division the fee amount as it relates to the square footage of the structure. (1) Any appeal to the fee amount shall be submitted to the division. (2) The appeal time runs concurrent with the property valuation appeal time as identified by the county.
