R652-21-1400. Emergency Trigger Purpose and Authority

Sections R652-21-1400 through R652-21-1406 are promulgated pursuant to Section 65A-17-202 requiring the division to make rules providing the procedures the division shall follow under the Emergency Trigger. Under the Emergency Trigger, the division shall ensure the emergency management responsibilities in Section 65A-17-202 are met.
