R652-21-820. Third Party Monitoring

The division reserves the right to hire a qualified third-party to review, audit, or monitor Operator's ongoing reporting and data gathering methodology required by Sections R652-21-1100 and R652-21-1101. The division reserves the right to require the Operator to install and use monitoring equipment, paid for exclusively by the Operator, within the Operator's leased area. The division may enter the Operator's leased area at any time.
