R653-16-3. Purpose

The purpose of this rule is to establish the state council's duties related to: (1) Adoption of the unified water infrastructure plan; (2) Establishment of a written prioritization process for water infrastructure projects; and (3) Prioritization and determination of funding levels for water infrastructure projects.
