R657-3a-10. Violations and Suspensions

(1) Any violation of this rule shall be punishable under Sections 23A-5-301 and 23A-5-305. (2) A certificate of registration may be suspended as provided in this rule, Section 23A-4-1106, and Rule R657-26. (3) Failure to submit the appropriate records and reports as required under this rule may result in suspension of a certificate of registration. (4) Nothing in this rule shall be construed to supersede Title 23A, the Wildlife Resources Code, which establishes a penalty greater than an infraction. Any provision of this rule which overlaps Title 23A is intended only as a clarification or to provide greater specificity needed for the administration of this rule.
