R657-56-15. Effective Date and Prior WIA Lease Agreements

(1) Amendments to this rule do not invalidate the terms of a valid WIA lease agreement, unless those terms are otherwise unlawful or unenforceable. (2) Renewal of a WIA lease is contingent upon the private landowner agreeing and complying with the rule's terms in effect at the time the WIA lease renewal is executed.
