R657-59d-10. Administrative Appeal Procedures

(1) An aggrieved party to a final division action under this rule may file a request for agency action with the division under Rule R657-2. (2) The Director or a designee appointed by the Director shall be the presiding officer for any adjudicative proceedings initiated under this rule.
