R657-60-12. Penalty for Violation

(1) Except as provided in Section 23A-10-305, a violation of any provision of this rule is punishable as provided in Section 23A-5-301. (2) A violation of any provision of a closure order issued under Section R657-60-8 or a control plan created under Section R657-60-9 is punishable as a criminal infraction as provided in Section 23A-5-301.
