R66-2-10. Cannabis Processing Facility Agents

(1) A cannabis processing facility is responsible for ensuring that each agent has received any task specific training as outlined in the operating plan submitted to the department. (2) A cannabis processing facility agent shall have a properly displayed identification badge which has been issued by the department at all times while on the facility premises or while engaged in the transportation of cannabis. (3) Each cannabis processing facility agent shall have their state issued identification card in their possession to certify the information on their badge is correct.
