R66-50-5. Retailer Permittee Responsibilities

(1) A retailer shall ensure that any advertisement for a kratom product sold or marketed in Utah does not appeal to children. (2) A retailer shall provide the identity of the manufacturer or distributor of a kratom product sold upon request of the department.
