R66-5-3. Medical Cannabis Pharmacy License

(1) A medical cannabis pharmacy license allows the licensee to receive cannabis from a licensed cannabis processor or medical cannabis pharmacy. (2) A medical cannabis pharmacy license allows the licensee to sell medical cannabis or medical cannabis devices to medical cannabis patients. (3) Each medical cannabis pharmacy license shall expire one calendar year from the date of licensure.
