R66-8-6. Research Limitations

(1) A licensee shall only conduct research specified in an approved research plan. (2) To amend an approved research plan, the department requires the resubmission and approval of the documents listed in Section R66-8-4 and the reason for the amendment. (3) Cultivation or processing based research that does not involve testing on any human or animal subject is not subject to the testing requirements of Section R66-3-3.
