R671-105-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) Pursuant to Section 77-27-4, the administrative authority of the Board is vested in the Board Chair. (2) The Board Chair has the authority to delegate the performance of administrative tasks and responsibilities for staff to the Board administrator. (3) The Board administrator is subject to the direct authority of the Board Chair. (4) Staff may appeal personnel matters that involve job action to the Board Chair.
