R68-18-5. Conditions of Entry

A person may not move a regulated article from a state listed in Section R68-18-3 into Utah unless a certificate of origin accompanies the article, which includes: (1) identifying the source of the article; and (2) confirming the article is free from Karnal bunt, Tilletia indica Mitra.
