R68-23-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) Promulgated under authority of Subsection 4-2-103(1)(k) and Section 4-35-109. (2) This rule is enacted to prevent the movement of invasive insects transported by firewood, including Emerald Ash Borer (Agrilus planipennis), Asian Longhorned Beetle (Anoplophora glabripennis), and Red Imported Fire Ant (Solenopsis invicta).
