R68-8-11. Flower Seeds and Minimum Germination Standards

(1) The kinds of flower seeds listed in Table 7 are those for which standard testing procedures have been prescribed and shall be labeled according to the germination labeling requirements listed in Subsection 4-16-201(7). (2) For the kind of flower seeds marked with an asterisk, the percentage is the total of percentage germination and percentage hard seed. For other kinds, it is the percentage germination.
