R68-9-2. Definitions

(1) "Commission" means the legislative body in each county of the state. (2) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food or the commissioner's designee. (3) "Department" means the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food. (4) "EDRR" means early detection and rapid response.
