R708-3-7. Separate Point System for Provisional Licensed Drivers

(1) The division shall establish a separate point system to facilitate behavioral influence upon drivers age 20 and younger.. (2) The division may counsel a driver with regards to the development of safe driving attitudes, habits, and skills.
