R708-55-5. Division Response to Request for Reciprocity

(1) Upon receipt of a request for reciprocity, the division shall send an acknowledgment letter to the requesting party. (2) The response shall include: (a) contact information for the division official authorized to make and enter into a reciprocity agreement; (b) a request for the foreign jurisdiction's program information for review by the division; and (c) the division's program information for review by the foreign jurisdiction.
