R70-320-1. Authority and Purpose

(1) This rule is promulgated under the authority of Section 4-3-201. (2) The department establishes these sanitary, production, and processing standards for manufactured dairy products to ensure the safety of butter, condensed and dry milk products, and frozen dairy foods. (3) A processor of manufactured dairy products shall register as a food establishment in accordance with Rule R70-540.
