R714-562-3. Definitions

(1) Terms used in this rule are found in Section 53-14-201. (2) In addition: (a) "commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Public Safety; (b) "committee" means the Early Intervention System Grant Program Committee established under this rule; (c) "department" means the Department of Public Safety; and (d) "law enforcement agency" means the same as defined in Section 53-1-102.
