R765-135-8. Cooperation with the Attorney General's Office

(1) In providing legal representation to their institution, legal counsel shall cooperate with the Attorney General's Office. (2) Legal counsel shall communicate to and cooperate with both the Board's general counsel and the Attorney General's Office on all matters that may be expected to have a litigation risk for the Board or other USHE institutions. (3) Only the Attorney General's Office may issue formal legal opinions.
