R82-2-101. Notice of Hearings

(1) This rule is adopted pursuant to Section 32B-2-202 regarding the administration of the Department and Commission. They shall be interpreted so as to be consistent with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Act. (2) Notice of hearings, other than disciplinary hearings. Public notice shall be made no less than ten business days before to the day on which the hearing is scheduled to be held. (3) The rule governing disciplinary hearings is R82-3-103.
