R82-2-205. Store Site Selection

(1) This rule is made pursuant to Section 32B-2-202, which requires that criteria and procedures be established for determining the location of a state store. (2) Before the Commission establishes a new state store, the Operations and Procurement Subcommittee will: (a) determine the feasibility of a new site; (b) weigh options; (c) consider the investigation and recommendation of the Department as outlined in Section 32B-2-502; and (d) make its recommendation to the Commission.
