R850-120-300. Application Requirements

1. A letter of application must be received with a non-refundable application fee. The application fee will be established separately for each application based upon the cost of processing the application. The letter of application must include: (a) the name and address of contact authority; (b) a legal description of the land involved; (c) a statement of the intended in-kind use; (d) documentation that describes the manner in which the intended in-kind use is consistent with plans and programs approved or under development by the institution, and the institution's statutory mandates. 2. Upon receipt of a letter of application, the agency shall review it for completeness. Institutions submitting deficient letters of application shall be allowed 120 days to provide the required information.
