R916-1-1. Purpose and Authority

(1) This rule establishes procedures for advertising and awarding department construction contracts.
(2) This rule is authorized by Sections 63G-6a-602, 63G-6a-1302, 63G-6a-1402, 72-1-201, and 72-6-107.
