R920-60-11. Modification of an Amusement Ride

(1) The owner-operator shall inform the qualified safety inspector at the time of the inspection if an amusement ride has undergone a major modification. (2) The qualified safety inspector shall state on the certificate of inspection if an amusement ride has undergone a major modification.
