R986-700-701. Authority for Child Care Assistance and Other Applicable Rules

(1) The Department administers CC pursuant to the authority granted in Section 35A-3-310. (2) Rule R986-100 applies to CC except as noted in this rule. (3) Rule R986-200 applies to CC except as noted in this rule or where in conflict with this rule.
