R990-100-12. Financial Reports and Reimbursements

(1) Financial reports must be submitted on a no more frequently than monthly and no less frequently than quarterly basis. (2) Each eligible entity shall receive reimbursement based on a monthly financial status report and certification of work program activities. (3) Each report must be signed by either: (a) the contract signatory; or (b) someone designated by the signatory, with a letter of designation filed with the state. (4) Final reimbursement requests shall be due by the date stipulated by SCSO contract.
