R990-101-4. Non-Allowable Expenditures

(1) An expenditure that does not directly pertain to warehousing, distributing, or providing food and food ingredients to low-income persons, other than the maximum 10% administrative costs as provided in Subsection R990-101-3(5), is not allowed. (2) An expenditure associated with soliciting or promoting a cash or food donation, recognizing a donor or volunteer, or transportation cost other than picking up and delivering food and food ingredients, is not allowed.
