R994-402-208. Claimant Responsibilities

(1) An EB claimant must report all information as requested by the Department. (2) An EB claimant shall keep a detailed record of the employers contacted including: (a) the name and address of the employer; (b) the date of contact with the employer; (c) the person contacted if personal contact is made; (d) the result of the contact; and (e) the type of work sought. (3) An EB claimant's failure to keep records or provide such information will result in a conclusion that a work search was not made unless the claimant provides other convincing evidence.
