R994-402-210. Requalification Requirement Following a Disqualification for a Crime in Connection with Employment

(1) A disqualification for regular unemployment insurance benefits will be in effect on an EB claim. (2) A claimant who has been denied regular unemployment insurance benefits under Subsection 35A-4-405(2)(b) is not eligible to receive EB until the claimant has returned to bona fide, covered, employment and earned at least six times the claimant's weekly benefit amount after the disqualifying separation, even if the disqualification period has ended.
