R994-402-602. Effective Date of EB Claim

(1) The effective date of claims for EB will be the Sunday of the first week during which EB are payable in accordance with Subsection 35A-4-402(7) if the claimant has filed as instructed. (2) The effective date of the EB claim may be backdated upon a showing of good cause under Subsections 35A-4-403(1) and 35A-4-401(1)(b).
