R994-406-101. Claimant Responsible for Providing Complete and Correct Information

(1) The claimant is responsible for providing all information requested by the Department in writing or in a verbal request from a Department representative. The claimant is also responsible for following Department instructions. (2) The claimant may not shift responsibility for providing correct information to another person such as a spouse, parent, or friend. The claimant is responsible for all information required on the claim.
