R994-406-202. Method of Repayment of Nonfault Overpayments

(1) If a claimant is without fault in the creation of the overpayment pursuant to Section R994-406-201, 50% of the claimant's weekly benefit amount will be deducted from any future unemployment insurance benefits payable to the claimant until the overpayment is repaid. (2) The Department will not bill the claimant or initiate collection procedures for a nonfault overpayment.
