R23-34-3. Definitions

The definitions set forth in Sections 15A-1-102, 15A-1-202 and 15A-1-302 apply to this rule. Additionally, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings. (1) "DFCM" means the Division of Facilities Construction and Management created by Section 63A-5b-301. (2) "Modular building unit construction and installation contractor" means a person engaged in the construction and installation or modular building units licensed or required to be licensed as a B100 General Building Contractor or B200 -- Modular Unit Installation Contractor under the Utah Construction Trades Licensing Act and R156-55a Utah Construction Trades Licensing Act Rule.
