R23-3-6. Administration of Programming

(1) The development of a program document shall be administered by the division in cooperation with the requesting agency unless the director authorizes the requesting agency to administer the programming. (2) This section does not apply to projects that are exempt from the division's administration pursuant to Subsection 63A-5b-604(6).
